Using Our Service
- Age Requirement: To use our service, you must be at least 18 years old.
- Our Right to Refuse: We can refuse service to anyone for any reason.
- Your Account: You are responsible for keeping your account information, such as your address and contact details, accurate and up to date.
Your Laundry
- What You Can Send: By giving us your clothes, you confirm they can be safely machine-washed and tumble-dried. We are not responsible for damage to items that are not suitable for this standard process.
- Wash Care Labels: We will follow the care labels on your clothes. If an item has no label, we will use our standard washing process and are not responsible for any damage that may occur.
- Delicate Items: We may not be responsible for damage to clothes with delicate elements like beads or embroidery. For these items, we recommend using a premium or dry-cleaning service.
- Stains: We will do our best to remove stains, but we cannot guarantee that all stains will come out.
- Weak Materials: We are not responsible for damage resulting from existing weaknesses in the fabric, such as tears, holes, or color fading.
- Personal Belongings: Please check your pockets and garments for any personal belongings before giving them to us. We are not responsible for items left in your clothes.
Orders and Delivery
- Turnaround Times: Pick-up and delivery times can vary based on your location and our workload. We are not responsible for delays caused by unexpected events.
- Missed Appointments: If you miss a scheduled pick-up or delivery, there may be an extra fee or a delay in your service.
- Checking Your Order: You may need to count your items and confirm your order at the time of delivery. Once you have accepted and signed for the order, we may not be able to process claims for missing items.
- Reporting Issues: If you notice any damage or quality issues with your items, you must report them to us within a limited timeframe (e.g., 48 hours) after delivery.
Liability and Payments
- Damage or Loss: If we lose or damage your garments during processing, our liability is limited. We will compensate you with an amount no greater than five times the cost of the washing service for that item.
- Compensation Method: Any compensation we provide will typically be in the form of service credits, not cash.
- Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or fires.
- Payment: You are responsible for paying all charges for your use of our services.
- Promotional Codes: Promotional codes cannot be transferred, resold, or used for a purpose other than what they were intended for.
